These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you access or use PainPal (the “Service”), owned by CHASNZ and operated by its commercial arm Betterworx Ventures Ltd.
By using PainPal, you agree to these Terms.

PainPal provides information and self-management guidance to help workers understand and manage discomfort and pain related to their work.
PainPal is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat, and is not a substitute for medical advice.
Always seek qualified medical care for pain, injury, or health concerns.

You may need to register an account to use some features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

Your personal and chat data are handled in accordance with the PainPal Privacy Statement.
Aggregated, anonymised data may be used for reporting and research as described there.

6. Super-user access

A limited number of authorised super-users may view chat data for safety, moderation, or system-support purposes.
This access is restricted, logged, and reviewed to maintain confidentiality and trust.

We aim to keep PainPal available and functioning at all times, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update, suspend, or modify the service at any time for maintenance or improvement.

All content, branding, text, images, and software within PainPal are the property of CHASNZ or its licensors.
You may use the service for its intended purpose only and not reproduce or reuse materials without permission.

9. Limitation of liability

PainPal provides general information only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHASNZ, Betterworx Ventures, and their partners are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use or reliance on PainPal.
Use of the service is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You can stop using PainPal at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you agree that any disputes will be handled in New Zealand courts.
If PainPal is accessed from Australia or elsewhere, local laws may also apply.
